• These cold heading machines are fully automatic and easy to operate with little training, fitted with Solid Die to produce Steel Ball and other similar components. Cut off and knock out mechanism have safely devices that will stop any major accident if any abnormal function occurs in machines.

• A positive knock out provision had been made on the 1st and 2nd punches to eliminate the possibility of parts sticking to these punches during the operations. The maximum parts of the machines are ground and all the Cames and Rollers  from H.C.H.C. ( Hardened & Ground ).

• On  some  extra  charges machines will be equipped with Pneumatic Clutch & Automatic Centralized Lubrications systems which provides sufficient quantity lubricating to all bearing surface.

This is used in the second operation of ball manufacturing process. Maximum stock removal from ball is done by machine with aid of two special cast Iron plated duly hardened and tempered known as gap tool and ring plate. The loading capacity of this machine is 300 kg and the consumption of electricity is 24 Kw technically sound so sound this is made that accuracy level upto + 15 microns is achieved from this machine

FEATURES

This machine is used for stock removal of heat treated balls and also to control the ovality and improve good surface finish. The machine consists of one abrasive wheel and one gap plate of alloy cast iron. Also four diamond dressers are used to dress the abrasive wheel. These diamonds automatically  dresses  the  abrasive  wheel  with  a  special  attachment  while  grinding  machine  is working. The loading capacity of this machine is 250 Kgs. And power consumption is 17 HP  (with Drive Type of Dyno Drive or Frequency Drive) with 30 KW planetary gear box.

SPECIFICATION

This machine is used in the final operation of Ball manufacturing. In ball lapping not only the super finish is obtained but also the geometrical parameters are controlled for high precision balls. The loading capacity of this machine is 100 Kg. to 200 Kg.  In  vertical and Horizontal type machine and electricity consumption is 15 HP (with drive type of dyno drive or frequency drive).  The tools plates used in thie machine are of graded cast Iron. The machine is built up with so advanced technology that the accuracy level upto 0.005 mm
