FEATURES

  • The entire system is controlled by Electronic Panel based on Thyrister and D.C. Drive Control Panels.

PLANT  DETAILS
  • Set the desired welding points and start the machine.
  • The line wires from the Pay Off stands / swift standing on the rear side of the machine are drawn through wire straightener.
  • Cross wire duly pre straightened and cut to length are dropped from the rack standing on top of welding station.
  • The line and cross wires are rhythmically welded as desired.
  • The speed of welding is controlled through the control panel.
  • Mesh size 15 x 15 mm only possible with wire diameter 1.2 to 1.4 mm in maximum width up to 750 mm Mesh size 25 x 25 to 75 x 75 mm only possible with wire diameter 1.6 to 3.0 mm in maximum width up to 1250 mm
